New legislation on the continuity and restructuring of companies and undertakings |
|
Belgian Parliament has adopted new legislation on the continuity and restructuring of companies and undertakings (“wet betreffende de continuïteit van de ondernemingen” / “loi relative à la continuité des entreprises”). The Act dated 31 January 2009 was published in the Belgian Official Journal on 9 February 2009 and has entered into force on 1 April 2009. It replaces the former legislation on the judicial composition (“gerechtelijk akkoord” / “concordat judiciaire”). |
