French court rules French commissionaire of a UK principal does not qualify as a permanent establishment in the Zimmer case
According to the French supreme administrative court (the Court), a commissionaire should not be regarded as a permanent establishment of the foreign principal except when the latter is bound by the contracts concluded by the commissionaire with its clients.
